These Terms govern use of all services and platforms provided by Biji Invention Technology Ltd.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All inventions and solutions developed in-house or jointly are protected by local and international IP laws. Ownership rights are defined in contract agreements.
2. Service Use
- Clients must not misuse, reproduce, or redistribute confidential project data.
- Any use of our tools, trademarks, or code requires explicit permission.
3. Confidentiality and NDAs
All parties agree to maintain confidentiality. Biji executes Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and expects the same from partners and clients.
4. Compliance with Law
Clients agree to comply with applicable local and international regulations related to data use, IP ownership, and product deployment.
5. Payments and Billing
Fees must be paid as agreed. We may halt services for delayed payments.
6. Termination Clause
We reserve the right to suspend services for breach of terms or legal violations. Clients may terminate with written notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for third-party failures, market outcomes, or indirect losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Disputes are resolved first through mediation. Failing that, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts and international arbitration as applicable.
